Whilst on your trip away, why not take advantage of a very special opportunity. Gloria (2nd from left), owner and main chef at Trattoria Galliera, uses her handed-down family knowledge and her sense of humour to encourage even the most reluctant cook to make hand-made tagliatelli (ribbons of pasta) and tortellini (filled parcels of pasta) and to enjoy themselves in the process!

Once prepared, sit down and marvel at your very-own, incredible tasting, fresh pasta dish served with a local speciality sauce.

As you can see from the photo's, this year's participants got stuck in and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
